Antonia Seman, MA, LMHC

Hello!

My name is Antonia and I am a licensed mental health counselor in the states of Indiana and Kentucky. I completed my master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Franciscan University of Steubenville, and since then, have gained experience working as a counselor in parish, school, community, and private settings.

My various experiences have given me the opportunity to work with clients of all ages, and I have been trained and equipped to work with people dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, adjustment issues, grief and loss, addiction, marital problems, and parenting concerns. I utilize evidence based approaches and incorporate the faith as you are comfortable.

In my relationships with my clients, I take a team approach and incorporate your own strengths, gifts, and life experiences to help you reach your goals. I always respect your personal background and beliefs; however, what I have noticed is that healing can best occur when we choose to invite Jesus to walk with us on our journey.

In my free time, you can usually find me enjoying time with my husband and two little ones, drinking coffee, making my favorite recipes, gardening, reading, and taking walks. My favorite part of my job is helping others heal from past wounds and find authentic joy in their relationship with themselves, others, and God. I look forward to meeting you!
